Chef owner Duilio Valenti prepares northern Italian cuisine as guest watch through the impeccably clean open kitchen. Freshness is what it's all about here, as the minimal refrigeration space requires daily preparations and trips to the markets. Chef Valenti makes extensive use of local and Italian products, and even grows several of his own herbs, vegetables and fruits.
