An architect/designer and a behavioural scientist meet in a financial services company...Sage was founded in 2018.  What started as a side-project to help the Carer Support Sector prepare for the implementation of the Integrated Carer Support Service saw us grow into a fully fledged consultancy, as we recognised the level of need in the social services sector. How we are differentAt Sage, we recognise that everything is connected- that achieving your objectives needs to connect to what your business actually does.  This is one of our core strengths- not just connecting the dots, but aligning them too. We know too that achieving your objectives relies on people- from the Ministers and government departments directing the program you are working with, to your frontline staff and consumers.  We understand the need to take people on the journey, which is why we put people at the centre of our work.  So when we work with you on a initiative, we'll be thinking about how to connect and support the people you need.We don't just bring one lens or framework.
