From there, Declan returned to South Africa and joined the South African Police Service, and served in both their Criminal Investigations Division, as well as the Narcotics Bureau. After leaving the Police Force, Declan built up an unequalled name for himself within the Private Sector. With his vast knowledge in understanding the criminal mind and years of hands-on experience, Declan is the ideal foundation for D & K Investigations.
