I started in fitness and rehab as a track and cross country athlete and transitioned in my early 20s to gym rat riddled with injuries. It got to the point that I couldn't even sleep without pain waking me up three times a night. I was told to never lift again and that I'd have a hip replacement by 24.I'm now 27, I'm pain-free, I still have my own hip joints, and I can sprint, jump and lift however I please. I'm definitely not perfect, but I'm stronger and healthier than I've ever been.I'm now a holistic movement and fitness specialist focused on optimizing the human experience. I look to bridge the worlds of physical therapy and fitness together and get people to live their best life.My Qualifications:B.S.
