We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and its newer wave therapies: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).Consultation: Many therapists and counselors feel they are on an island by themselves. BASE offers CBT focused clinical consultations, continuing education, and practice development on a group and individual basis. Our aim is to connect like-minded providers and build community for professionals.Community Classes: We firmly believe that all people can benefit from the core principles of CBT, and our classes are intended to broaden accessibility of these skills to the community.
