What we do:We have come across lots of small and medium size companies that were working on embedded projects without the appropriate DevOps lifecycle for their development workflow. Partly because they lack the tools for it and partly because they treat the embedded system developement more as hardware developement rather than application developement. While the Cloud,Mobile,Web and Desktop applications are developed using robust QA and DevOps toolchains the embedded applications are cumbersome to integrate into the mainstream DevOps tools that provide services like Continous Integration , esting or Deployment just to name a few.In the age of the Internet of Things we started escit because we see an increasing demand for DevOps and QA related services from the embedded system industry that is the backbone of any future IOT developement.
