Aiming for peak performance we focus on cardiovascular health through a combination of endurance training and HIT training. We are a luxury private one-on-one personal training gym located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York. At no time would there be distraction from any other member, personal trainer, or faculty, we are strictly one-on-one. Our focus is to build each client a personalized roadmap that helps them to over come day to day physical and mental obstacles. At LEN3A we design advanced training programs based on your current lifestyle and past medical history.
