We are an Altitude Training Gym in Sydney.We exist to bring Altitude Training technology to benefit everyday aspiring Australians.We offer an affordable, specialised training experience in our state-of-the-art simulated altitude chamber with a fully supervised range of programs run by accredited altitude coaches. We are singularly focused on Altitude Training and have close affiliations with the NSW Institute of Sport and other research bodies. We welcome anyone from Olympians to Octogenarians (older folk) to train like a pro and take advantage of this safe and scientifically proven technology.
