This will enable us to expand amongst more organic farms and farmers for a better produce which will eventually better the earning prospects of the farmers. H.O.W. ensures that all the ingredients that are sourced for manufacturing its beauty and skin products are fresh and sourced from local areas, communities and villages. This not only ensures that the produce is wholesome in its goodness value but also assures income to the farmers in the areas. None of our products have any kind of artificial color, artificial fragrances, petroleum-based products, DEA/TEA, SLS, SLES, or Parabens in them, thus making the products 100% botanical. H.O.W. also provides employment opportunities to rural and semi-rural areas. 80% of the job opportunities at H.O.W. have been designated to be occupied by the women from the aforementioned background. We are honored to have women who are blessed with skills to handcraft and work with organic ingredients on board with us to manufacture our products. With this initiative we aim to empower these women and mobilize them into being at-par contributors in their household income. Our products are formulated and manufactured in India.
