(H&L), founded in 1994, is an engineering consulting firm with significant experience in the design, inspection, and maintenance of transportation infrastructure – bridges, pedestrian facilities, roads, intersections, railroads, and airport facilities. Our founding partners - John Heath, Gary Lineback, Masood Shabazaz, and Allen Krivsky - are officers of the firm.
