BRLLC also provides support in developing project plans from the very beginning of the project till the licensing and or release of the products. In addition to the development of project plan, BRLLC's expert project managers implement, monitor on site, track the progress and/or problems, and generate periodic reports for the client company's executives. Problems and challenges are resolved through regular project team and management meetings at client's sites. The project managers also conduct Earned Value Analysis (EVA) of the project to determine the value of the completed project compared to the money spent.
