Franco-Sol is a non-profit, registered charity that provides French childcare services to more than 1500 families throughout Windsor and Essex County. The organization employs approximately 120 staff; and operates 10 childcare centres, a child-minding service for Collège Boréal, and an Ontario Early Years centre. We believe that each child is special, unique, competent, capable, curious and rich in potential. For this reason, we offer positive, enriching opportunities for exploration and discovery that enable each child to grow and develop within a francophone environment. We promote learning through play and inquiry using a rich and stimulating variety of developmentally appropriate materials that focus on the needs and interests of the children. Our program promotes health, safety and nutrition to support each child's wellbeing.
