Total Life Changes Health & Wellness is a new five-star fitness company located in Prince George's County, MD. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of the community - from the inside out - by helping to renew minds and bodies through education, encouragement and empowering people to live a healthier lifestyle! We are proud to offer an intimate, spa-like, private fitness studio for one-on-one and partner training sessions. Dynamic group fitness classes are also available as well as referrals for nutritional planning, massage therapy and counseling services. Vision: To be a premier leader, resource, advocate, and partner in health and wellness locally, nationally, and internationally. Mission: To provide quality and effective personal training and group exercise services to clients of all ages and fitness levels; initially targeting our local communities within the Washington Metropolitan Area.
