Future Ancestors Services Inc. is a Black and Indigenous-owned social enterprisethat provides speaking, training, research, and community services that advanceclimate justice and equity with the lens of ancestral accountability.They build bridges between cultures, ways of knowing, and professional sectorswith the goal of addressing the causes of systemic issues that disadvantagegroups of people, connection to the land, and the well-being of Earth. Their clients operate in a wide rangeof sectors, and seek to bring a perspective that brings ancestral accountability,equity, and climate justice to their work, workspaces, and audiences.The Future Ancestors Constellation is a portal that features Indigenous, Black,racialized, LGBTQ2S+, and disabled people for hire and who are based in Canada.They are independent and provide speaking, training, research, and/or artservices that centre climate justice and equity.The Future Ancestors Collective hosts a growing database of video, art, andwritten content that explores teachings and visions of future ancestry andancestral accountability. Their goal is to create a space where individuals cancome to create their own understanding of future ancestry.
