Impactful is a social innovation agency that is revolutionising CSR, unlocking the social impact in commercially driven businesses.Our mission is to transform the role of businesses in society.We believe that businesses have huge potential for creating positive social impact in the world. Organisations within the third sector do a phenomenal job of tackling some of the most complex problems we have, however, often they lack access to capital, aren't able to scale and can't innovate at pace. Businesses at their best are created to solve problems and often excel at all these factors.We want to bring social innovation into businesses as employees crave it, the public demand it and investors are starting to see the potential returns from businesses driven by purpose.Our job is to facilitate a process of education, confidence and capacity building and normalisation of businesses bringing social impact to the core of what they do. We do this through our human centred approach, taking leaders and teams on a journey of discovering their social impact potential, co-designing bespoke ways to create and accelerate their impact and develop a tangible, actionable plan to begin the process.
