I use an integrative approach founded on humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, neuro-linguistic programming, and body-centered therapeutic models. I have had additional training for providing counseling for trauma, addiction, grief and loss, and couples issues.My goal is to assist you in coming into deeper alignment with yourself, and in so doing, encourage your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual unfoldment.
