Blue Wren is a HR consulting service supporting the people needs of small to medium businesses in and around Melbourne. In 2016 Laura made the decision to leave the permanent workforce to focus on her family. The industry however had other ideas, and through word of mouth referrals, Laura was kept busy consulting to businesses in various capacities. In conversation one evening, a comment was made that forced Laura into considering the future; "if you are this busy without even sourcing work, imagine what might be if you had a presence in the market". And so, that night, the idea of Blue Wren HR was born.
