Membership is by invitation and includes approximately 100 organizations across the U.S. as well as an international network. POAH (Preservation of Affordable Housing) is an example of a HPN member that at year end in 2014 managed over 8,700 affordable homes valued at $1 billion in real estate assets and $100 million in annual property revenue. Together with members, HPN creates social enterprises and private sector partnerships to transform lives through housing and community development.
