The 2030 Social Impact Special Prize is a company idea prize and wants to support startups and entrepreneurial ideas that aim to address inequality issues, within and among European Nations. Empowering and promoting the social, economic and political inclusion of all, irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion, economics, or any other status. Powered by Giorgiana NotarbartoloIn 2015 the United Nations launched the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's); 17 global objectives to create a better world for everyone by 2030. These goals aim to overcome climate change and empower people through different key targets, ranging from; nutrition, medical care, knowledge, water, sanitation, sustainable shelter, environmental quality, access to information and communication, inclusiveness and human rights. Today we are 9 years from the 2030 timeline and certain goals are on track to be reached, such as those related to nutrition and basic health. For other goals, such as water and sanitation, solutions are available and it's now a matter of accelerating adoption and scaling them. This is good news!On the other end of the spectrum, we are lagging (if not regressing) in personal rights and inclusiveness. Since 2015 data indicates that disparities of opportunity, income and power have risen. This means we are in need of solutions addressing targets of SDG's: #1, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 16.
