We are advocates for policy and systems change to address systemic disparities, promote family prosperity and build a more equitable Minnesota.For more than 140 years The Family Partnership has helped over a million people clear the path for success and maintained hope for families through world wars, pandemics, the Great Depression and social unrest. We believe that families, no matter what their form, are the foundation of strong communities and we partner with individuals and families so they can achieve greater health and well-being. Our services include mental health therapy, early childhood education and care, family home visiting and anti-sex trafficking services. We are at the forefront in implementing evidence-based practices, tools and emerging brain science to close opportunity and achievement gaps for children and families across generations.
