Welcome to The Laura Jack Coaching Community! Here you will find personalized life coaching programs, tools, and advice for grievers who have experienced an emotional or physical loss and how you can take empowered action in your grieving process so that you can heal your heart and embrace life once again without future fear, guilt, or pain. Our clients come from all over the world and all walks of life. What bonds us is that although each of our losses are unique, we share the common feeling of experiencing the pain of loss and the desire to do what it takes to feel whole again. When we lose someone close to us, we have to learn how to live without them. We spend years and perhaps our whole lives being connected with people in familial relationships, romantic relationships and friendships. Our wants, needs, future plans, hopes, etc. are constantly being integrated with theirs. Then the day comes when we no longer have them to share all that has been and all that will be. This disconnect can be extraordinarily painful. We have to rediscover who we are out of the context of that person so we can heal our wounds and get the light back in our eyes.
