Arbikie Distillery aims to be one of the world's most sustainable distilleries & is owned by Iain, John, Sandy & David Stirling. We grow, distil, mature & bottle our world award-winning, family of sustainable, luxury, field-to-bottle spirits on Scotland's sunny east coast. Arbikie is unique as it is the first single-estate distillery in Scotland to produce both white & brown spirits using traditional Scotch distilling methods and equipment. All our spirits are copper-pot distilled. Our family of spirits includes:WHISKY: We distil the first Rye Scotch Whisky for nearly 200 years, launching Highland Rye distilled from Arantes Rye grown on our farm in 2018. Our 1794 expression of Highland Rye whisky was rated 9 out of 10 by Forbes Magazine. In 2020 Arbikie won the 'Excellence in Sustainability' Award at Scottish Whisky Awards, 'Craft Distillery of the Year' from Whisky Magazine, having won 'Newcomer Whisky Distillery of the Year' in 2019. https://www.highlandryewhisky.comGINS: We distil Nàdar, the world's first climate-positive gin which saves 1.54kg of carbon per bottle from the atmosphere. Our Kirsty's Gin distilled with local sea kelp, won gold at the World Spirit Awards, whilst our AK'S Gin won the World Martini Championship and is named after owners' father, Alex K Stirling. We won the first Scottish Gin Distillery of the Year Award, a significant award when 70%+ of UK gin is distilled in Scotland.Vodkas: We distil Nàdar, the world's first climate-positive vodka & the super-smooth Tattie Bogle vodka, reviewed by both GQ & Forbes magazines as one of the 'World's Best Vodkas'. Our seasonal, fresh Chilli & Strawberry Vodkas & 'Haar Vodka' are distilled from chillies & strawberries & wheat grown on our farms.These are available in some of world's best hotels, resorts, retailers & bars, including at The Savoy, Oriole, Connaught, Aman Resorts, Four Seasons, Dorchester Collection, Jean-Georges Restaurants, Rosewood, Soho House, Gleneagles & Whole Foods.
