We are working to be a bridge between local culinary educational institutions and food prep / service organizations. Prep School CLE is a pre-apprentice program designed to assist local culinary arts vocational students with gaining the experience needed move into culinary positions. CLE Chefs is an apprentice program to help emerging chefs gain supervised and certified experience while working full time in local kitchensDeveloping frozen food product – have completed product development and initial market evaluation through cafe and prep school programs.Past Projects:Wheedle - co-founded a mobile app connecting consumers and their desires directly with hospitality establishments to creating fabulous experiences Café Beníce - Created ingredients focused menu, established all operational systems and manuals and ran restaurant for four years before selling operation to Café Avalaun (helped a gluten free / special diet concept get started)Co-Founder of Pretzalicious – a gourmet, chocolate covered confectionery producer and seller, sold in 2015
