We are a partner-owned firm with 9 partners between our three offices in Ottawa, Ontario, St John's, Newfoundland and Labrador and Vancouver, British Columbia. In all, we are over 20 professionals offering the highest quality in consulting services to our clients. We were founded in 1981 and have since undertaken consulting assignments in all areas of Canada and throughout the world. We provide service to a variety of clients in the public sector at the federal, provincial and municipal levels and in the private and non-profit sectors.
