Navigating the environmental due diligence arena or the regulatory climate can be challenging. Atlas Geosciences NW specializes in various environmental and related geological consulting services such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II subsurface investigations, remedial investigations, feasibility studies (RI/FS), remedial actions (excavation and removal, chemical injections, etc.), groundwater monitoring, hydrogeologic evaluations, underground storage tank (UST) site assessments, regulatory compliance, environmental risk consulting, hazardous materials surveys (e.g. asbestos, lead in paint, etc.), and regulatory negotiations.We also enjoy educating our clients on the various due diligence processes, including mitigation measures and/or best practices, to increase the likelihood of success with their transactions or development projects.
