The Berghof group of companies is and stays family possessed: It is founded in 1966 by Prof. Georg Zundel. Heinz-Uwe Vogel, CFO of the Group, Oliver Walter, managing director of the subsidiary Berghof Fluoroplastic Technology GmbH and Eric Wildeboer, managing director of the subsidiary Berghof Membrane Technology GmbH direct the skills of the Holding of Berghof Group as joint managing directors. Comprehensive decisions are taken by the management board, which includes also Bernd Kapp (Berghof Analytik & Umweltengineering GmbH), Dr. Thomas Horvath (Berghof Products + Instruments GmbH), Marc Finger (Berghof Automation GmbH) and Frank Reißmann (Gigahertz-Optik GmbH), managing directors of the other subsidiaries.
