The goal of SilverSage is to accomplish three things:1. To provide better care to the most critically ill and vulnerable patients entrusted to us.2. To continuously improve the quality of care and care delivery in Post- Acute and Long-Term Care settings.3. To restore the joy in practicing medicine to clinicians seeking to find fulfillment in their work.
