Kronos has been a major player in the motorsports industry for years. The company was founded as Kronos Racing. Since 1994, it has become highly specialized in the preparation of racing cars for circuit racing and for rallying. In both domains and this on a national, European and international level, Kronos has gained in-depth experience and is now universally renowned. Not many companies are capable of both winning in rally racing car and circuit racing. This diversity is at the heart of Kronos Racing's strength, which draws on its in-depth experience to keep improving its expertise. Kronos Racing's know-how is reflected in the organization of motor racing which has resulted in the creation of Kronos Events. After several years of organizing formula monotype championships in Belgium, Kronos Events took up the challenge in 2012 to organize a new Belgian Championship called the BRCC. In addition to these GT Car races, Kronos Events has also been responsible for the VW Fun Cup Championship since 2012. Kronos Events has since dropped the BRCC to make place for a brand new Touring Car Championship, the TCR Benelux.
