Founded by its president, Latonya Dunlow, IMS is based on a decade of exceptional program support for health and human services grantees through effective technical assistance and training. Our clients include Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Department of Justice.
