The challenges facing our children are daunting. Raising the quality and outcomes in education is critical to the success of our society. Success in school is linked to greater opportunities in life. One of the most effective practices used today to lead children towards their highest potential by bolstering academic performance, creativity, social and emotional aptitude, and well-being is mindfulness. We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide mindfulness in schools for preschool through high school classrooms, helping children develop self-awareness, self-control, resilience, and compassion. Each series contains 180 audio-guided practices that can be used every day. Teachers simply log in and press play, participating in the 5-10 minute daily practices with their students. No prep, planning, or curriculum changes are required.Mindfulness helps teach children how to redirect their attention, how to become more aware of themselves, their bodies, and their emotions, especially during times of biological upheaval and brain growth. We are providing valuable tools for them to navigate both school and life. If learned at a young age, there is a better chance that the behaviors will become an integral part of who they are and will inform their choices in constructive, creative, and healthy ways. Our goal is to help children develop a daily mindfulness practice and integrate it into their learning process. The daily practice will allow students to develop these skills preventatively so that they can be called upon whenever adversity arises, throughout their educational experience, and throughout their lives.
