At the centre of each of our concepts is a transporting guest experience, complete with delicious, relevant food, inspiring design, and passionate, soulful hospitality.Gusto 54 was founded by CEO Janet Zuccarini in 1996 with the opening of Trattoria Nervosa in Toronto's Yorkville neighbourhood. In addition to this concept, Gusto 54 Restaurant Group includes: Gusto 101 (Toronto), Chubby's Jamaican Kitchen (Toronto), Felix Trattoria, (Venice, California), and Gusto 54 Catering & Commissary. In 2014, Janet partnered with Jeff & Nuit Regular in creating Pai Northern Thai Kitchen (Toronto), Kiin (Toronto), and Same Same (Toronto). 2019 will mark a year of expansion for Gusto 54, with the launch of Gusto 501 in Toronto's East End as well as Gusto Green in Downtown Los Angeles.
