Lawrence S. Ting School (LSTS) is a non-profit school founded in 2008 by Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp.).The School was named after the late President of CT&D Group and PMH Corp. - Mr.Lawrence S.Ting (whose Vietnamese name is Dinh Thien Ly). He was awarded the Vietnam Friendship Medal from State President Nguyen Minh Triet on December 28th, 2007.In 1989, Mr.Lawrence S. Ting came to Vietnam and started his rough yet meaningful journey. As a visionary with extraordinary will and courage, he decided to invest in a poor and neglected area of land. After a twenty-year-long effort, the impossible became the possible.Mr.Lawrence S.Ting is a foreign businessman who invested in Vietnam; however, what he has done for Vietnam is impressive and worth of gratitude. During his lifetime, he showed great interest in strengthening Vietnam's education system and believed that "The elite are an invaluable treasure of a country; therefore, educating the elite brings prosperity to all."When he passed away, his family and PMH Corp. established Lawrence S.Ting Memorial Fund for the purpose of sharing something with the poor and disadvantaged people; actively contributing to the changes in Vietnam's education for the stage of integration and development.In 2006, PMH Corp. decided on the implementation of a non-profit school project named after Mr.Lawrence S.Ting, to express his love for Vietnam and his care for the Vietnamese young generations.*VISION:To be a leading school in Vietnam that can connect to the world with globally competitive citizens equipped with vision, leadership, and a spirit of service.*MISSION:To provide a comprehensive and challenging academic program that will prepare our students for a rapidly changing world and to develop committed life-long learners ready for the responsibilities and expectations of global citizenship.*Contact us: hr@lsts.edu.vn
