Dining Concepts is a multi-cuisine restaurant group and an aligned partner with Far East Consortium International Limited (FEC) in Australia. Our vision is to bring to Australia authentic cuisines from around the globe, especially Asia, and to use locally sourced produce to create unique flavours that are not common to Australian dining. The strategic goal of Dining Concepts is to roll-out 13 restaurants in major cities in Australia over the next 5 years and develop a strong ‘destinational' reputation. Dining Concepts' quick-serve, casual and fine dining venues will provide a premium dining experience to a multi-demographic customer base, including residents, workers, shoppers and tourists. Our workforce will incorporate top talent sourced both globally and locally to ensure that the offering is leading-edge, innovative and exciting.
