Okanagan Bible College, founded in 1974 by Dr. R. Wesley Affleck, Dr. John R. Dyck and Dr. Lawrence Wilkes, operated in Kelowna, BC. In 1983 the school received a degree granting Royal Charter to grant all theological and honourary degrees. In 1995 due to financial obligations the school closed temporarily. In 2008 the school reopened as a virtual school offering bachelor degrees and created the graduate division, the Canadian Graduate School of Ministry to offer Master through doctorate degrees. OBC offers training at specific churches for lay leadership, and correspondence courses by email through the E-School division. Canadian Graduate division offers the Master in Christian Leadership and the Doctor of Ministry through CREST Leadership Center.OBC offers assistance to those who have transfer credits but yet have not been awarded a degree from some other institutions. We will transfer credits from legitimate schools without limit in its equivalency program.
