The Makati Science High School is an integrated science high school that offers junior high school and senior high school. The junior high school implements the Science and Technology Curriculum while the Senior High School implements the K-12 BEP for Academic track, specifically the STEM strand.​Given the high academic performance of Makati Science students, the school aims to inspire them to take pride in their sense of identity as Filipinos so they realize the value of giving back and paying forward to our country and our people. The faculty, administration and staff, family, and other stakeholders nurture and provide a sense of security to our learners that enables them to become well-rounded individuals who have a deep sense of commitment and empathy.
