NCHC provides a full spectrum of quality, affordable, and compassionate health care services to patients of all ages, throughout the three county region of northeastern Vermont, known as the Northeast Kingdom. NCHC encompasses six community health centers - including a walk-in primary location, three dental centers, , and a Medicare-certified home care and hospice division.
