The SRAG has driven the establishment of the Social Recruitment Covenant, which will officially launch in Autumn 2024. We run employability programmes, facilitate adult education training courses to enable people to move into work, as well as being the largest independent provider of prison education in the UK. We operate in 22 prisons to deliver high quality education services, helping prisoners to develop the skills they need to access work on release. We champion the recruitment of people from disadvantaged backgrounds, supporting and enabling them to bring out the best of their ability. We can also offer employers an extensive suite of e-learning courses, a selections of wellbeing programmes, Bid Consultancy, Partner and Social Value Services.
