The Future of Film Showcase (FOFS) is a not-for profit Canadian arts organization established in 2014 with a mandate to foster the voices of emerging talent across Canada. Future of Film Showcase fulfills its mandate with our annual film festival, awards ceremony and industry conference. Our competition is national in scope and is focused on providing a platform for young Canadian filmmakers and a forum to showcase their talent. During the past few years we have partnered with Cineplex Entertainment Canada's largest entertainment company and theatre chain to bring the festival to one of their flagship locations at ScotiaBank Theatre in Toronto - in the heart of Hollywood North. Cineplex welcomes over 70 million guests annually through its circuit of 163 theatres across the country. Thus, this partnership attests to our respectful presence and importance in Canadian entertainment Industry.
