We believe the struggles that most people face are caused by things which have damaged their view of themselves. We are all a product of our environment, culture, upbringing, experiences, etc. The core you is brilliant, unique, and full of life. There are things in you that you have yet to discover. It is the lies that you believe about yourself that give you such a distorted view of your life and your capabilities.What really makes this process of becoming free challenging is that the lies are often hard to detect. You don't know what you don't know until you know it. If you knew you were operating out of faulty thinking, you would have already corrected it. It is not knowing what is a lie and what is the truth that causes you the feelings of rejection, insecurity, unworthiness, loss, loneliness, etc. That's where we come in. It is our philosophy that an important part of your healing will come through connection. This includes a connection with yourself as well as with others. Having walked through this journey ourselves (which really never ends) allows us to come alongside you and give guidance in the process of discovering the real you. It may seem scary at first, but we have learned that doing it afraid is where the freedom resides.Our coaches are skilled in making this process fun and enjoyable.
