Get Living is the UK's largest and most experienced build-to-rent operator, currently managing more than 3,000 homes across London and Manchester. We're best known for East Village, the former London 2012 Athletes' Village in Stratford, which we launched in 2013 with the aim to shake-up the private rental sector and offer a better way of renting.We started by getting rid of fees and making a promise that we would only increase rent in line with the CPI, so everything would be transparent. Then in May 2017 we scrapped security deposits.
