I have been doing business as a Framing Contractor in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New York and Connecticut area since 1989 with extensive experience in framing many hotels, commercial buildings, restaurants, college dorms, Multi-Use, assisted living buildings, large apartment buildings as well as additions, custom homes, townhouses, single family homes and condominiums.In addition to having all the necessary construction equipment including forklifts and cranes we have the manpower and know-how, to deliver a quality project with a work ethic that is rare to our trade.As JCpA Group, we own a vast amount of skills gained from my twenty-one year partnership mentioned previously, where my responsibilities was in overseeing field production, schedules and its quality of work, framing hundreds of Hotels, Restaurants, Multi-Family Buildings and tens of thousands of homes throughout those years.We are not a company that bids every project that comes down the road, and in being extremely selective in what projects we go after, does create an advantage for the builders we work for, especially in the projects dynamics, parameters, communication, quality and schedule.It is uncommon that our skills, knowledge and experience match those of a Builder, across the board, as well as they do.
