In partnership with schools, SkillForce has changed the lives of 50,000 young people in the UK, engaging the hard-to-reach, developing their skills, and preparing them for next steps in education, work or training. Many of our trained instructors have served their country and have chosen now to serve their communities. We do this through the SkillForce Way, inspired by the values and skills of the military and those who have served the country.
