HC360 (Human Capital 360) was established by the partners of Winthrop Financial Search, LLC as a division separate from staffing and recruiting to accommodate the growing need for human capital solutions in times of budgetary constraints for middle market companies. HC360 is a human resource consulting organization that provides high quality, independent recruiters in specific technical competencies to companies on a "consulting engagement style" format. We deploy a combination of a full time team and independent staffing consultants nationwide with expertise in areas such as Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, Office Administration, Legal, Sales Management, Warehouse/Distribution Management. Each Recruiter will work only work in their specific technical specialty. These Independent recruiters in conjunction with HC360 will produce and provide the highest quality candidates at a lower cost than internal and/or external recruiters.
