Hawksnest - Parenting and wellbeing coaching - My mission is to support as many parents as possible to raise happy, emotionally healthy children using respect, empathy and a strong positive relationship. We're all just doing the best we can with what we know, but when it comes to our child's future happiness and success why wouldn't you want to learn more and do better? You can learn science-backed techniques and gain confidence so that your children can flourish - now and all the way through adulthood. I offer a range of courses which cover the essential positive parenting skills and support you to create a calmer, happier home. These are all delivered in a friendly and completely non-judgemental way - parenting is hard work and nobody is perfect! Courses include: Full group course (currently online) - 6 live teaching sessions (one per week), the chance to interact with other parents, email guidance and supporting workbooks and resources. Intense workshop - a day long condensed version of the full group course.Personalised individual full course - includes all of the essential positive parenting skills but it's completely tailored to suit you and your family.Business package - positive parenting course delivered to your staff as part of their wellbeing support, tailored to each business.
