We know the pervasive impact of trauma and have established planITgirl to help others understand IT.Through stories and connections planITgirl's focus is to help those who have been impacted by trauma to understand what trauma is, and how it may be impacting them…or someone they know. The founder is a writer and speaker who shares her personal journey of living with trauma (and PTSD) in a forward-thinking, positive, professional and connective format.Our goal is to share stories and resources while creating an awareness of both the impact AND commonality of trauma in our world today.
