The Bosak Funeral Home is a fourth-generation family-owned business. We take pride in the traditions of our ancestors. We are dedicated to delivering a personalized, compassionate, and quality funeral service with the same traditions that have been shared by our family across the generations for nearly 100 years. The original Bosak Funeral Home was a store front opened in 1919 by Frank J. Bosak Sr. on South Pacific Street in the historical South End of Stamford. A short time later, he purchased the house and property of 641 Atlantic Street and transformed it into the first Bosak Funeral Home.Over the years, we have worked hard to expand our services to provide personal attention. We have established an in-house monument division and flower shop, living tributes videos, as well as, themed wakes to celebrate the individual by commemorating their life. The Bosak family has spearhead and collaborated with local community organizations such as Veterans Groups, Seniors Groups and Hospice Care to develop outreach programs that educate the community about funeral arrangement options, grief counseling, various insurance policy benefits and estate planning. Programs are conducted in Spanish for the Hispanic community and special Veterans presentations are available regarding Veteran's benefits. Today, the family continues to grow their outreach programs which are the cornerstone of Bosak Funeral Home's commitment to serving the community.
