Our story begins fifty years ago, in 1966, in Verona. My father, Alberto, decided to buy his first butcher shop to make it a family-run business. He was twenty years old.The first store was in the Valverde area, precisely in via Poloni 19. At the time, this was one of the areas in Verona's greatest evolution and the butcher could not choose a better place to start his adventure, and grow, just as Verona was doing in those years.In 1984 we moved to Veronetta, where I, too, at the age of 18, and my sister Valentina started our training and job growth. In 1996 we renovated the shop and got the first commercial successes with catering and more, activities, which we still practice today and represent our strong point.In 2011 we wanted to make a change in our business: combining the pure commercial and business exercise with the desire to return home, to Lugagnano, the place of our childhood. It was therefore not a marketing choice or a profit strategy, but a reason for living.Here in Lugagnano, as indeed in the past, we aimed to achieve an excellent relationship with customers and improve what we had already started, such as catering, participation in events, including corporate events, as well as family celebrations, and so on.This, in two words, is our story.This is the story of Macelleria Molon, which you also contribute to building every day.
