The Meditation for Men course is a 5 week deep dive, face to face program designed specificallyfor men who recognise that something needs to shift.Things changed in 2020 and we are managing new stresses and challenges on top of what already existed.The other thing that changed in 2020 was that it offered us an opportunity to do things differently.As men, our life situations may look different but our core challenges and issues remain the same.The Meditation For Men course is an opportunity, in a safe and supportive space to learn to navigate that path.No incense burning, no spiritual woo-woo just a group of men learning a practice that is powerful,and simple and life-changing.Course StructureThe course is run face to face, once per week for over 5 weeks.We meet for two hours, one evening per week with a groupof 8 to 12 other like-minded men and learn the basic principles of meditation.The power of this course is that it is designed by men like you, in a similar life situationwho have learned for themselves the power of the practice.
