Innovative Property Consultants was founded in 2010 by the current proprietor. The aim of IPC was to assist its clients to gain more from their real estate investments through renovations and small development projects to gain higher profits upon sale.After successfully completing numerous projects, IPC moved into the American foreclosure market after identifying the benefits of passive cash flow opportunities and potential capital growth from U.S. property for the years ahead. It became clear that the opportunities presented to us proved to be some of the most profitable we had ever seen and since then we have closed in excess of 150 acquisitions and monitored the processes of many more.IPC has developed excellent working relationships with professionals both in Australia and the US collaborating to fulfill each requirement to acquire U.S. property for international Investors and now we are moving into securing development funding for our partnered developers in Australia.We have now formed strategic partnerships with Real Estate Companies, Developers and Builders to be able to bring wholesale, off the plan and development funding opportunities to all of our investors while currently working on Foreign Direct Investment strategies for overseas investors and vendor/developer joint venture processes for our local property owners.Our ServicesIPCs business venture is all about helping investors make the right decisions and assist in the process to acquire quality investment properties.
