The firm was founded in 1991 by Jim Herold. In 1993, Bill Madsen joined the firm as a shareholder, bringing with him many years of IRS and business experience. Then in 1997 and 1998 respectively, Robert Lefkovits & Kristina Simon joined the firm. Jim Herold retired in 2004, leaving the firm in very capable hands.The nine CPAs and two tax professionals who make up our team have a combined 275 years of accounting experience. We provide personalized assistance to our clients in a variety of industries and occupations.
